Article 1 – Applicability.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements and deliveries through the Lunova website.<\/p>\n

1.2 By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

Article 2 – Offers and prices<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.1 All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n

2.2 Offers are non-binding and valid while supplies last.<\/p>\n

2.3 Lunova reserves the right to change prices and correct errors.<\/p>\n

Article 3 – Orders and agreements<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.1 An agreement is concluded at the time the order is confirmed by Lunova.<\/p>\n

3.2 Lunova reserves the right to refuse an order without giving reasons.<\/p>\n

Article 4 – Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

4.1 Payment must be made in advance via the payment methods offered on the website.<\/p>\n

4.2 In case of payment through a third party, such as [e.g. PayPal, Klarna], the terms and conditions of this party apply. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Article 5 – Delivery and shipment<\/strong><\/p>\n

5.1 Lunova aims to deliver orders within 2 working days. Delayed delivery does not entitle you to compensation. <\/p>\n

5.2 Delivery shall be made to the address provided by the customer.<\/p>\n

5.3 Shipping costs are listed separately during the ordering process.<\/p>\n

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n

6.1 The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must complete and send a withdrawal form to info@lunova-essence.<\/p>\n

6.3 Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. If the product has been opened or the seal broken, the product cannot be returned <\/p>\n

6.4 The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

Article 7 – Warranty and complaints<\/strong><\/p>\n

7.1 Lunova guarantees that the products comply with the agreement.<\/p>\n

7.2 Complaints about defects must be reported in writing within 7 working days of discovery.<\/p>\n

7.3 Lunova will make every effort to handle complaints satisfactorily.<\/p>\n

Article 8 – Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n

8.1 Lunova is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits.<\/p>\n

8.2 Lunova’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.<\/p>\n

Article 9 – Privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n

9.1 Lunova processes personal data in accordance with its privacy policy, as published on the website.<\/p>\n

9.2 The customer has the right at any time to view, correct or delete his data.<\/p>\n

Article 10 – Force majeure<\/strong><\/p>\n

10.1 Lunova is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure, including disruptions, strikes or pandemics.<\/p>\n

Article 11 – Applicable law<\/strong><\/p>\n

11.1 These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.<\/p>\n

11.2 Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in [vestigingsplaats].<\/p>\n
