Article 1 – Applicability.

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements and deliveries through the Lunova website.

1.2 By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

Article 2 – Offers and prices

2.1 All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Offers are non-binding and valid while supplies last.

2.3 Lunova reserves the right to change prices and correct errors.

Article 3 – Orders and agreements

3.1 An agreement is concluded at the time the order is confirmed by Lunova.

3.2 Lunova reserves the right to refuse an order without giving reasons.

Article 4 – Payment

4.1 Payment must be made in advance via the payment methods offered on the website.

4.2 In case of payment through a third party, such as [e.g. PayPal, Klarna], the terms and conditions of this party apply.

Article 5 – Delivery and shipment

5.1 Lunova aims to deliver orders within 2 working days. Delayed delivery does not entitle you to compensation.

5.2 Delivery shall be made to the address provided by the customer.

5.3 Shipping costs are listed separately during the ordering process.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

6.1 The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must complete and send a withdrawal form to info@lunova-essence.

6.3 Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. If the product has been opened or the seal broken, the product cannot be returned

6.4 The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Article 7 – Warranty and complaints

7.1 Lunova guarantees that the products comply with the agreement.

7.2 Complaints about defects must be reported in writing within 7 working days of discovery.

7.3 Lunova will make every effort to handle complaints satisfactorily.

Article 8 – Liability

8.1 Lunova is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits.

8.2 Lunova’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

Article 9 – Privacy

9.1 Lunova processes personal data in accordance with its privacy policy, as published on the website.

9.2 The customer has the right at any time to view, correct or delete his data.

Article 10 – Force majeure

10.1 Lunova is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure, including disruptions, strikes or pandemics.

Article 11 – Applicable law

11.1 These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

11.2 Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in [vestigingsplaats].
